Vintage Recipes with Condensed Milk ✨ From Pies to Candy

Hello Reader,

There’s something wonderfully old-fashioned about a can of condensed milk. I know I can't help but make any recipe that calls for it!

It’s creamy, endlessly versatile, and a key ingredient in some of my most popular vintage recipes.

These recipes prove that condensed milk deserves a permanent spot in your pantry. I hope you love them as much as I do ❤️

My top picks

Metal pan with glazed chocolate cake. Glass pie pan with pecan topped sweet potato pie.
Spoon lifted from can with dulce de leche. Pieces of white pistachio cranberry fudge on a white cake stand.
  1. Chocolate Sheet Cake
An old-fashioned recipe with great chocolate flavor. The top layer is crackly on the outside but remains gooey and soft inside.
  2. Sweet Potato Pie
With a simple cookie crust and creamy filling, this gorgeous pie is a fall favorite around here. The pecans are optional, but add great crunch.
  3. Dulce de Leche
It's as easy as boiling the can of condensed milk. You'll get the most unctuous and sweet spread and sauce you can ask for. It's worth trying, trust me!
  4. Festive fudge
The most festive and easy fudgy I make this time of year. You can vary the add-ins, but pistachios and cranberries are just perfect together.
  5. Vanilla Ice Cream
This frozen recipe is a game-changer! It's no-churn, has a smooth texture and irresistible flavor; you'll understand when you taste it.
  6. Million Dollar Pie
A fantastic no-bake pie that's creamy, fresh and scrumptious. It can be made year-round and is especially festive for the holidays.
  7. Boozy chocolate ice cream
One of my favorite no-churn creams I make, it's so good, we eat it year-round. It has Baileys and a deep chocolate flavor, so you know it'll be great.
  8. 2-ingredient Fudge!
The perfect quick candy to gift and eat during the holidays. It's incredibly versatile and doesn't require an oven.
  9. Chocolate Flan
One of the most wonderful egg-based custards ever, this version has semisweet chocolate and condensed milk, which gives it a creamy, luxurious texture.

Let me know if you make any recipes from the blog. I'd love to hear about your experience! You can leave a comment and star ⭐️ review in the post or reply to this email. Happy baking!
