The Day After Recipes: Thanksgiving Edition πŸ¦ƒ

Hello Reader,

A huge thank you to my readers who make this newsletter and my blog possible! ❀️ Hope you had a fantastic Thursday with loved ones and good food, of course.

What we all need today: what to do with leftovers, not only dishes like turkey and cranberry sauce, but also ingredients we bought too much of and didn't use!

I'm always left with a considerable amount of nuts, apples, and pumpkin puree, and they're all put to good use.

Turkey, ham, chicken and bread

Most (or all) of these recipes work with them interchangeably, so swap away! You might want to adjust seasonings.

The quintessential turkey cran sandwich that never lets you down!

Super easy fritters are a win with everyone!

The sliders of your dreams! With ham or turkey, they're a crowd-pleaser.

Make taquitos using leftover turkey.

White dish with ham and cheese bread pudding. White bowl of turkey veggie soup.

A fantastic vegetable soup with turkey that also works with chicken and ham.

My favorite savory bread pudding with any leftover protein.

A flavorful quiche that works with a homemade or purchased crust.

Two sandwich filling options: chicken salad or vintage ham salad are excellent with turkey.

The perfect stuffed French toast.

Pumpkin, apples, pecans, cranberries and pie crust scraps

Spoon of cranberry dump cake. White plate of blackberry pie crust cobbler.

Quick cranberry dessert.

Make a peach or berry cobbler with classic pie crust leftovers. They work with frozen berries and canned peaches.

Soft and gorgeous cookies.

Old-fashioned pie with apples and cranberries.

A quick muffin with holiday ingredients.

Make this French toast casserole that also works with a few tablespoons of cranberry sauce spooned in between.

An easy spiced drink for chilly days.

Pile of pecan chip cookies on a gray striped towel. Glass dish with apple chocolate crisp lifted with a spoon.

A twist on traditional cookies.

The unique apple crisp you weren't expecting to be so good.

If the leftover crust is sweet, make cutout sandwich cookies.

Simple breakfast muffins with two favorite flavors.

Glazed apple cake that doubles as a dessert, brunch and snack.

This easy pumpkin dessert brings raves every single time!

Add leftover cookie crumbs to this easy melt-and-stir chocolate bark.

This quick sangria is perfect for holiday parties!

Let me know if you make any recipes from the blog. I'd love to hear about your experience! You can leave a comment and star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review in the post or reply to this email. Happy baking!
