Grill. Chill. Eat.

When in doubt, grill 😉

Hi again Reader,

It's time to turn off the oven and enjoy the sunny days.

I come bearing grilling recipes, no-bake desserts, and simple Summer extras to keep it casual. No overthinking needed, just a whole lot of flavor!

It’s the kind of easygoing spread that works for lazy weekend lunches, last-minute gatherings, or when you just want to “cook” without really cooking.

Savory

For starters and sauces, let's go with some crowd-pleasing favorites.
Zucchini corn fritters? They’re golden little flavor bombs. Egg salad with the best dressing? Always a classic.
Tzatziki sauce goes with everything (and doubles as a dip), while the best BBQ sauce (or spicy aioli if you're in for a change) is a must for fries or burgers.
If you’re leaning fresh and vibrant, go for peach mango salsa or avocado salsa; they both scream summer and take 10 minutes to make.

Sweet

The desserts prove that they don't need to be baked to be great.
The no-bake Oreo cheesecake is rich and creamy, the passionfruit version is tangy and tropical, and this lemon dessert is the zesty treat you didn’t know you needed.
I added the best pineapple cheesecake pie because every forkful feels like a vacation 🏖️
And if you’re more of a spoon person, the strawberry trifles with store-bought pound cake are ready in minutes, and the no-churn funfetti and cookies and cream ice creams basically make themselves.

Recipes from my friends

Let me know if you make any recipes from the blog. And if you love them, I'd appreciate it if you comment on the post and leave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star review. It helps a lot! Happy baking.

What went on in June Hello again Reader, June is my birthday month 🎉, and I ended up making the cake 🤷🏻♀️. It seems that 'you're the baker of the family' applies to EVERY occasion 😂 So I baked my absolute favorite chocolate cake with bourbon and a hummingbird cake, because it's such a crowd-pleaser, I knew everyone would be covered with those two. I also sent out a quick survey (with 3 never-before-posted recipes as a thank-you gift 🥰) to know more about your content preferences and needs....
